The agreement governing your use of Arrow Chain Blitz

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Arrow Chain Blitz. By installing, accessing, or continuing to use the Application, you accept them in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please discontinue use of the Application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Arrow Chain Blitz. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By continuing you confirm that you have the capacity to enter this agreement and that your use will comply with applicable law.
Arrow Chain Blitz is a mobile arrow-chain puzzle in which players trigger directional chains, clear blocked routes, and complete timed blitz levels. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, and optional reward features. Levels, mechanics, economy balancing, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice.

Software, artwork, trademarks, arrow and chain assets, level designs, audio, and other materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No further rights are granted by implication.
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices that fall outside our reasonable control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared, including processing associated with https://zmpb.arrowchainz.com. By using the Application you acknowledge that you have reviewed that document.
Access may be suspended or terminated where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with fair play, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow Chain Blitz, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact igtryeh202407@gmail.com so a good-faith resolution can be attempted. Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or through other reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
